KRD14 Pneumatic Vertical Shock Response Spectrum Test System

KRD14 series shock response spectrum test system is full pneumatic driven vertical lifting SRS test equipment with special design, easy operation, reliable structure, and convenient maintenance. The shock response spectrum is intended for measuring the force of shock motion on components, equipment, and electrical and electronic products that may experience complex transient shocks, and to assess the functional adaptability and structural integrity of the test product in the shock environment. The shock spectrum is the analysis basis for the anti-shock design of the shock response spectrum testing equipment, and it is also the basic parameter to control the product shock environment simulation test. KRD14 series pneumatic shock response spectrum tester can better simulate the shock wave and shock energy suffered in the real environment, so as to evaluate the reliability of the product under the impact environment.

  • Max. response acceleration up to 100,000g

  • Electrical control part adopts PLC and PT, simple structure, and high reliability

  • Built-in SRS specifications and tolerances, which are convenient for users to adjust and apply

  • Output actuator adopts solid-state relay and interlocking AC contact relay, small interference, and the actuator is sensitive

  • Table preloading pressure is adjustable. After the preloading pressure is adjusted, the preloading force of the lifting cylinder on the table is a certain value, with high accuracy and good repetition performance

  • Four-point lifting cylinder support: combined with a pneumatic balance lifting system, no noise, fully automatic positioning table

  • Energy expansion: with a multi-point excitation system, energy can be doubled

  • Small occupied area: the equipment takes up a small area, compact structure, easy installation, and maintenance

KRD14 shock response spectrum test system is a shock test machine that uses an expansion shock cylinder as the power, and the shock installation table generates a response spectrum.

The KRD14 shock response spectrum test system is equipped with a set of the half-sine waveform generators, which is mainly made of engineering rubber (considering the stiffness and cohesive force of rubber). The waveform generator is generally designed in several different thicknesses, as shown in follow. Different thicknesses are connected in series to form a variety of stiffnesses to achieve different shock spectrum values.
