As transportation and packaging requirements continue to evolve, industrial products and electronic equipment are exposed to increasingly demanding handling and logistics environments.
Conventional drop testing methods often struggle to balance realistic impact simulation, testing repeatability, and product protection.
Techno Vietnam required a solution capable of supporting face, edge, and angle drop testing, while enabling flexible testing for different package sizes and configurations.
Solution
CME supplied the KRD40-100A Zero Distance Drop Test System.
The system supports single-lift and double-lift configurations and enables comprehensive package drop evaluation, including face, edge, and angle impact testing, accurately reproducing transportation and handling shock conditions.
