1. Check this machine before using it.

1) Appearance inspection: check whether there is any damage caused by handling and transportation.

2) Whether accessories are loose, whether the wiring is good, whether the ground is wet or oily, and the ground should be clean.

3) The surrounding environment of the equipment should be clean, pollution-free, and there are no sundries in the fork-shaped groove of the bottom plate.

2. Place the tested product.

1) the equipment is required to be overloaded, and the loads are generally 100kg, 200kg, 300kg, 500kg, 600kg, 1000kg, 2000kg, 3000kg, 4000kg and 6000kg.

2) The center of gravity of the specimen should be as close as possible to the center of the worktable, and it should be fixed firmly with clamps and ropes.

3) The operator must stand outside the host when operating the equipment.

4) After the sample is installed on the workbench, it should be carefully checked, and there can be no loose marks.

5) First, set the required transit test packaging time. The first two digits of the timer are hours and the last two digits are minutes. The longest time can be set to 99 hours and 99 minutes.

6) Then press the start button, then the frequency converter will slowly speed up to the preset frequency.

7) If you want to re-time halfway, you can press the timer reset button.

8) When the time is up, the equipment will stop automatically.

9) If there is an accident in the middle of the test, press the stop button.
