1. T08 and its similar products (as shown below):

Can use the same turntable (master turntable), different sub-fixtures (plug-in boards): (as shown below)

Note:
This plug-in board is used in Y1 direction for screening test, other directions need to be made by another sub-fixture to complete, the number will be reduced accordingly. The more test directions that are satisfied, the smaller the number of specimens carried in one test.
If the shape of the tested product is similar to the cuboid of the insert plate sub-fixture, the groove profiling structure of the master turntable can be used to realize the product centrifuge acceleration testing.
2. Products with such appearance characteristics as J08, J16, etc. (as shown below):

If the width is the same, but the height is different, the same turntable can be used:

Note: This turntable is used for screening test in the Y1 direction. If the thickness of the turntable is twice the height of J16, then there can be two layers for J16 and four layers for J08. Other directions need to increase the yellow part of the fixture to complete; the number will be reduced accordingly. The more test directions that are satisfied, the smaller the number of specimens carried in one constant acceleration test.
3. Specimens with different shapes such as F1-5 and T0-257 (as shown below):

All adopt the imitation method to directly make the shape of the specimen on the turntable to carry the specimen.
The basic structure of the turntable is shown in the figure:

Note: According to the weight and size of the specimen, the number of workstations bearing the turntable is different. The turntable is shown in the Y1 direction.
4. Summary:
The design and manufacturing technique of the high-acceleration centrifuge turntable fixture is relatively complicated, and accurate modeling, analysis and calculation are required. The manufacturing process is also complicated, and the requirements for processing precision, dynamic balance, surface and heat treatment are very high.
