Mechanical environmental test mainly includes mechanical vibration, mechanical impact and drop test. CME provides reliable mechanical environment test equipment.
Vibration tests mainly include sinusoidal vibration and random vibration. Simulate various environmental impacts of vibration encountered by products in transportation, installation and use environment, and determine whether the products can withstand various environmental vibrations. The main vibration shaker machine used is the vibration test bed.
Many products will be impacted during use, loading, unloading and transportation. Mechanical impact test is mainly used to determine the impact resistance of products. According to the pulse waveform (the waveform generated from the beginning to the end of the stress on the sample), it can be divided into half sine pulse, sawtooth pulse at the back peak and trapezoidal pulse. The equipment used is mainly mechanical impact test bed such as the KRD100 incline impact tester.
Test conditions: Select pulse waveform (half sine pulse), peak acceleration, pulse width, direction and times.
The purpose of the test is to simulate the impact of product dropping caused by improper handling actions on the product. When choosing drop test equipment suppliers, you should pay attention to the following points:
Test equipment: drop tester.
Test conditions: free fall.
Falling height: (unit: mm).
The stress direction of the sample: the point, line and surface where the package sample touches the ground, that is, the corners, edges and surfaces of the package; Or other directions of the sample.
Ground requirements: concrete ground or 2cm thick iron (steel) board or wood floor.
Number of falls: one corner, three triangles and six sides or other related requirements.
