Vibration test machine is used to simulate various environmental conditions encountered during the manufacturing, assembly, transport, and use of a product to determine the product's ability to withstand environmental vibration. It is suitable for research, development, quality control, and manufacturing in various industries such as electronics, electromechanics, optoelectronics, automotive, and toys.
Vibration shaker, also known as vibration exciter or vibration generator, is a equipment that uses electric, electro-hydraulic, piezoelectric, or other principles to obtain mechanical vibration. Its principle is to input an excitation signal into a coil placed in a magnetic field to drive the worktable connected to the coil. Electric vibration shakers are mainly used for vibration measurement above 10Hz and can stimulate up to 200N of pressure. In the frequency range below 20Hz, electro-hydraulic vibration shaker is often used, and the nature of the vibration signal is controlled by the electric servo system. The hydraulic drive system can provide a larger displacement and impact force. Vibration shakers can be used for accelerometer calibration, vibration performance testing of electroacoustic devices, and other vibration tests. Different vibration shakers with different structures and excitation ranges should be selected for different test objects and technical indicators.
Vibration shakers are suitable for vibration tests of samples in experimental laboratories and production lines in industries such as automotive parts, electronic components, modules, medicine, food, furniture, gifts, ceramics, and packaging. It can simulate the vibration environment that the product may encounter during manufacturing, assembly, transport, and use, to evaluate its structural durability, reliability, and intactness.
They are used to simulate the transportation environment of products and goods involving electrical, electronic, and automotive parts, checking their product's ability to withstand vibration. It realizes all the functions required for vibration tests: sine wave, frequency modulation, sweep frequency, programmable, harmonic, logarithmic, maximum acceleration, amplitude modulation, time control, and can be upgraded to full-function computer control. The equipment has passed continuous 3 months of trouble-free operation test and has stable performance and quality.
